  • Which Charity are you supporting?
    We will make a donation to the chairty of the winners choice.. If all the tickets are sold we will make a contribution of £5,000.
  • How do I enter the competition?
    The competition is a Spot The Ball. Simply go to the "Play Now" page, follow the simple game play instructions, enter your contact details and pay online. Payments are made using a secure online payment system. This means there is no risk of a cheque or cash going missing.
  • Who can enter?
    Anyone aged over 18 and who is a UK resident can enter the competition.
  • What are my chances of winning?
    If you are the closest to guessing where the ball was in the original picture, you win! Unlike the lottery there are no ridiculous 14 million to 1 odds!!
  • Why so many tickets?
    All we want is the market value of our houses. The online payment system takes quite a large chunk from the ticket fee. We have to cover this, so we do not lose money. We still believe that £15 is a great price for such a fantastic prize.
  • Can I enter more than once?
    Yes, you can enter our spot the ball competition up to a maximum of 500 times.
  • How and when will the winner be decided?
    The closing date of the competition is Saturday 14th August 2010. The person who has placed their ball the closest to where the independent judges decide where the ball should be win.
  • What happens if all the tickets are not sold?
    If at the end of the competition date we have not reached our goal, a cash draw will take place and the winner will receive the total amount of money received less set up and running costs which will be a maximum of 30% of the total. This leaves 70% as a cash prize for the winner.
  • How many winners will there be?
    One winner will win the two freehold house. If we do not reach the target number then one person will win a cash prize instead.
  • When will the winner be notified?
    The winner will be notified of their success within 21 days of the draw by telephone. The winner will be posted on the website.
  • Who currently has the property's deeds?
    The promoters solicitors in Birmingham hold the deeds for the house.
